Medical History: During Junior year, he was in a near-fatal car accident with his Uncle Keith and suffered a broken shoulder which caused him to have his spleen removed. Was forced to quit the Ravens when he revealed that he had a genetic heart defect called HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy), but was allowed back for only 15 minutes a game. Recently he was attacked by a young man who claimed to be Peyton's brother but was actually mentally disturbed who took a stun-gun to Lucas' neck. He also most recently suffered a cardiac attack after skipping his medicine and then witnessing Haley after she was hit by a car.
Above the Influence? It's implied that he occasionally drinks at parties, even though he shouldn't be with the heart medication he's taking.
Crimes: Got arrested when Nathan took his car and was driving drunk, while getting pulled over by the cops Lucas switched seats with Nathan. He also stole money from the cafe register to secretly pay for his heart medication that he didn't want his mother to know about. He shot at his father when he learned that Dan had been the one who killed Keith, he was never charged due to the incident being 'swept under the rug' when his mom went into early labor. The bullet missed his head by the way.
Relationship: Was engaged to Lindsey Strauss, his book editor whom he dated for 2 years after ending his relationship with Peyton Sawyer. He made it as far as the altar with Lindsey before she ended the wedding because she feels he still loves Peyton.
Past Relationships: Peyton Sawyer - They started dating in senior year of high school and were together for almost 3 years. Lucas broke up with her after she denied his marriage proposal. Although there's two sides of the story, he says she didn't want to marry him and she says she just wanted to wait another year. He still writes stories about her (she was a huge part of his first novel and his current one) and she's still in love with him. Occupation: Three years after high school ended, Nathan was tenth picked in a NBA draft by the Seattle Sonics. After a party one night to celebrate his shoe deal called "the NS 23's", Nathan got into a fight with a fan of Seattle's rival team, Portland. The fight resulted in Nathan being temporarily paralyzed from his waist down and it ended his NBA career before it even started. Luckily he and Haley had bought a house and saved money from basketball teams and work before his accident. Nathan now works as a coach for the Tree Hill Ravens basketball team.
Former Jobs: Pretzel maker at Pretzel Palace and worked on cars at Dan Scott Motors during Junior year of high school. He worked one day for Skillz father at a factory in Tree Hill before he got the offer to play college basketball.
Medical History: During Junior year of high school, he was in a horrible race car accident that he caused because he was under terrible stress from missing Haley who was on tour (see Haley James Scott). Most recently risked his life to save his Uncle Cooper and Rachel who's limo crashed off of a bridge into a lake, his fate has not been revealed as now. He was temporarily paralyzed in his legs after a scuffle at a bar almost a year ago (see above, 'Occupation'), he's now doing better and can walk again.
Above the Influence? He occasionally drinks at parties. In his junior year of high school he overdosed on amphetamines, he began taking them to increase his basketball playing skills. After his bar fight before being drafted to the Sonics, Nathan went into a state of depression while being in his wheelchair and became somewhat of an alcoholic.
Crimes: Drove under the influence of alcohol twice and crashed Peyton's car and Lucas' car because of it. He and Lucas were both arrested for it once because Lucas switched seats with him when they got pulled over by the cops. He was also arrested when the cops showed up at his apartment where a party with underage drinking was taking place. During his Senior year he got mixed up with some illegal dealings with Tree Hill alumni Daunte and his sidekick "Bear." He accepted money from him and his car that Daunte got back from him after Nathan had pawned it for a motorcycle. Although it wasn't exactly illegal, he then shaved points off his basketball game in order to save himself from being hurt by Daunte or any of his loved ones. Apparently he killed Daunte for hitting Haley with his car, but his father Dan took the wrap for it.
Relationship: Married Haley James Scott during Junior year. Recently his marriage almost ended for the second time when Jamie's nanny, Carrie kissed and hit on him. She hit the verge of insanity when she abducted Jamie at Lucas and Lindsey's wedding, but Jamie was returned safely by a newly released Dan (see Dan Scott for explanation.)

Parents: Biological Father is unknown but Mother is Elizabeth "Ellie" Harp. Adoptive Father, Larry Sawyer and Mother, Anna Sawyer. Peyton's adoptive mother died in a car accident when Peyton was very young. Her biological mother also died in 2006 of Breast Cancer.
Siblings: Half-Brother, Derek Sommers who's in the U.S. Marines. They share the same biological father.
Education: Graduated from Tree Hill High School where she was a cheerleader for the Tree Hill Ravens basketball team. She followed in her mother, Anna's footsteps -- she was also a cheerleader for the Ravens in high school. Peyton cheered for them until Senior year when the Ravens won the State Championship.

His real name was Ian Banks and he just mentally disturbed after his girlfriend (a Peyton look-a-like) died in a car crash that he was responsible for. He then began to stalk Peyton for quite sometime before he attacked her.

Education: Graduated from Tree Hill High School as Valedictorian. She was a tutor throughout high school as well as a cheerleader during her senior year for the Tree Hill Ravens basketball team. Her husband Nathan was the Captain of the team, her best friend Lucas was the shooting guard and Co-Captain. She cheered alongside her friends Peyton, Brooke and Bevin until the Ravens won the State Championship. She attended a junior college with Nathan so that they could raised their son together.
